Please Help a Dying Boy
I saw this on YouTube, and decided I would spread the word here. Please consider sending a (Get Well Soon) card and spreadig the word so we can make his dream come true.
Josh Adkins, 12, has terminal bone and tissue cancer. Jaden Steberl, his schoolmate, wanted to do something to bring some cheer to his best friend. Both boys are Lexington, Kentucky Stanford Elementary fifth-grade students. Jaden decided to see if the two boys could break the Guinness Book of World Records by getting the most get-well cards in the mail.
Joshs mom says that the get well cards lift his spirits as he is currently in the hospital undergoing 48 chemotherapy treatments for the second time. His mom is convinced that getting these cards is what is really keeping him going and having as much of a positive outlook as possible.
His address is:
Josh Adkins
124 Edgewood Dr
Stanford, Kentucky 40484
For further information, please view the YouTube videos. Some people on youtube were complaining, saying that this was a hoax, or a scam, but please, do it. I have faith that this boy is real, and I will be sending a card, and getting friends and family to do the same. They are not asking for money, just a Get Well Soon card. Is the cost of a card and a stamp not worth it? Please do it.
Please look at the big picture. If this child is real, you will give him joy in his life before he dies. If he is not, you only spent $3. Why should you even have to think about it? SEND A CARD!
